The above quote is my favorite quote from Kurt Vonnegut's book Slaughterhouse-Five. I have it tattooed right below the back of my neck :)
I got the idea for this reading challenge from Adrienne of Love Philter when she posted "Kings Challenge" a while back. I've never read a Stephen King book before, but perhaps after I complete the(small in comparison) list below, I will embark on the Kings Challenge!

Kurt Vonnegut's black humor, satiric voice, and incomparable imagination first captured America's attention in The Sirens of Titan in 1959 and established him as "a true artist" (The New York Times) with Cat's Cradle in 1963. He was, as Graham Greene delcared, "one of the best living American writers." Mr. Vonnegut passed away in April 2007.
